18th day: Coffee is working!
I started once again drinking coffee following the program of Andrew Huberman. I used brewed coffee this time since the Nescafe from yesterday wasn’t that good. What I noticed today is the level of alertness throughout the day. Even though, I took a nap at 14:00, it was a choice I made and not forced on me. It seems like the concept of taking coffee after ninety minutes to two hours after waking up is working on me.
Since, I am writing this post or journal on Friday and while talking about a Wednesday. I will try to publish the journal by the end of each day and update it the next morning to keep things consistent.
