My Meditation Journey

How I Began My Meditation Journey

How I Started

Back when I was 17 years old, my interests were only focused on sports and girls. I had no difficulties throughout my life, and everything was so smooth. Then, out of nowhere, my mom kind of forced me to start meditating. She said it would change my life. Of course, I didn’t believe such words, but since I was a good boy, I told her that I would practice it for only three days. I went to the meditation center that day.

What I Felt

For the first two days, I didn’t even listen to what the instructor was saying. I only hoped to get out of the center as soon as the three days passed. The instructor was trying his best to explain the concept and teach us the method, but I didn’t listen at all; I just slept most of the time. On the third and last day, I was so sick of just sitting down and doing nothing but daydreaming and sleeping. So, I decided to give the method I had learned at the center a try. Only within two hours, I started feeling the changes. The first thing I noticed was that my head became clearer than ever before. The more I practiced, the more I could feel my mind becoming free and clearer. After two days of meditating hardcore, I could enlighten nothing but my true self. It was the most amazing feeling and experience I had in my entire life, up to this day. Everything around me was beautiful; there was no “you” or “me,” and I only had gratitude in my mind. That was the moment when I made up my mind to help other people find their true selves and true happiness within. What I Want to Say

I’ve seen many people who are not interested in meditation because they think it’s only for spiritual people or those who have stress and burdens. I don’t know how to express it, but I can certainly say:
